'China wasn't agreeable & couldn't provide forward-looking proposals': Army says LAC talks end in stalemate

The 13th round of talks between Indian and Chinese military commanders over the standoff in Eastern Ladakh on Sunday didn't produce any resolution of the remaining issues, said the Indian Army on Monday.
